Difficult Run District Pinewood Derby

$12 per Scout

Entry is limited to Cub Scouts within the Difficult Run District who finished first by rank - Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Arrow of Light - in their respective Pack Pinewood Derby Race or Concours competitions. A Scout simultaneously eligible for Race Competition and Concours Competition shall not be permitted to enter both competitions. The Scout must decide which one of these competitions to enter and be pre-registered for that competition only. The Scout may cede their first-place position to the second-place finisher of their rank and allow them to enter either the Race or Concours competition with their own car.

If a Pack does not conduct a Derby, a Scout may coordinate with their Pack to represent their rank and Pack and register for the 2025 Difficult Run District Pinewood Derby.

Each participating Pack must provide at least 1-2 volunteers to assist with the event. The link for volunteer positions is at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0944AFA9283-55596446-difficult.  BSA Troops looking for service hours are encouraged to participate (recruitment opportunity as well).

Registration closes on Wednesday, March 19 at 11:59 pm.
 
Race Day Schedule:

*Participants must park in the rear parking lot and enter through the main auditorium doors facing the back parking lot*

Lions: check in 8:30-8:45, race 9:00-9:30
Tigers: check in 9:00-9:15, race 9:30-10:00
Wolves: check in 9:30-9:45, race 10:00-10:30
Bears: check in 10:00-10:15, race 10:30-11:00
Webelos: check in 10:30-10:45, race 11:00-11:30
Arrow of Light: check in 11:00-11:15 race 11:30-12:00
