Registration: All registrations must be completed online. Gather the following information before starting your registration:
- BSA ID#, Brotherhood eligibility, and allergies/medical/dietary restrictions.
Registration closes: November 5
Check-In Time for Ordeal Candidates: Friday 6:00-8:00 pm
Check-In Time for Members: Friday 5:00-8:00 pm
Check Out Time: Sunday at 10:30 am
Notice to Elangomats: If you are interested in being an Elangomat, you must contact Mr. Bentley before registering to receive the information to be able to register for free. If you register as an Elangomat and do not show or do not fill the role, you will be expected to pay the member's fee of $45.00.
Notice to Ordeal candidates: All Ordeal candidates that have been elected during the election period (May 9, 2023, to November 8, 2024) should have received a notice confirming their candidacy and an invitation to attend the upcoming Ordeal from their chapter.
If you are unable to participate in your chapter Ordeal, you must contact your chapter adviser to make arrangements to attend one of the other listed Ordeals. You must make arrangements in advance to attend an Ordeal outside of your chapter/district. You have one year from the date of your election to complete your Ordeal.
Notice to Order of the Arrow members: All active Order of the Arrow members are encouraged to register. An active Order of the Arrow member is currently registered with BSA, and 2024 Lodge dues are paid. If your dues are not current, you will need to pay them. You can pay them online: https://scoutingevent.com/082-76505.
BSA Health & Medical Record Form required for all lodge/chapter events. All Order of the Arrow members/candidates who attend the Ordeal MUST complete the medical form. (It is the first one on this page; it is used for activities of less than 72 hours. This event does not require a doctor’s signature)
All medications need to be in the original containers with the Scouts' name, dosage requirements (containers will be returned), and with the correct amount of Medication for the weekend. This includes over the counter drugs with a signed note from Parent/Guardian with dosage and instructions on time to be taken. Place all containers in a zip-locked bag labeled with the Scouts' name. All medications shall be turned in during check-in. If you use an inhaler or EpiPen, please bring a second one (Scout will carry one, and the health officer will hold the second.)
BRING THE COMPLETED HEALTH & MEDICAL RECORD FORM WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD TO THE ORDEAL, IF THE FAMILY DOES NOT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE STATE "NONE."
