Please note that this event is a Brotherhood conversion. If you have been
ordeal for the past 6 months or will be by the time of the event (Nov. 2nd)
please plan to attend and complete your brotherhood conversion.
If you are brotherhood or vigil member please consider attending for the
ceremony or to congratulate the new brotherhood members.
Brotherhood candidates should bring their letter to the Chief / Secretary
at check-in and be prepared (e.g. have reviewed the standards for
Brotherhood, etc.). Please note the schedule below for times (subject to
change).
The event will run through dinner so please bring something to eat or be
prepared to quickly go get something.

Schedule:
Check-in: 2-2:30pm
Brotherhood Talk: 2:30-4:30pm
Break for Dinner: 4:30-5:30pm
Brotherhood Walk: 6:00-7:00pm
Brotherhood Ceremony: 7:00-8:00pm
