Fundamentals of Training/Trainer's EDGE

Event Details

This training will cover both the Fundamentals of Training and Trainer's EDGE syllabi.

Do you train leaders, parents, or scouts? Have you considered training but don’t know where to begin? Or maybe you have years of experience in training but want to add some pizzazz to it.

The Trainer’s EDGE is a course that provides a versatile approach for anyone interested in enhancing their training methods. It will equip you with a range of ideas, techniques, and materials, enabling you to select approaches that best suit your specific training needs.

The Trainer’s EDGE emphasizes the importance of “experiential learning,” or learning by doing, as well as numerous other contemporary training strategies. These strategies can then be applied to a wide range of training programs.

If you are planning to complete your Doctorate at the University of Scouting or are interested in being considered for Wood Badge staff, this course is required.

Check-in at 8AM, Class starts at 8:30, Ends at 4 PM.
