Notice to all attendees: The health and safety of all Scouts/Scouters is our top priority for this and all events. PRIOR TO REGISTERING - Please refer to the pre-event medical screening checklist located under attachments on this page. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, do NOT attend.

Check-In Time: Between 6:00pm and 7:00pm Friday night
Check Out Time: 8:00 am on Sunday
Notice to all candidates: All Ordeal candidates elected during this election period should have received a written notice confirming their candidacy and an invitation to attend the upcoming Ordeal from the chapter.
Notice all Order of the Arrow members: An active Order of the Arrow member is currently registered with BSA and has paid 2024 Lodge dues. If your dues are not current, you can pay them online: dues.wipit470.org
Notice to Elangomats: As an Elangomat, you agree to volunteer to lead candidates during the entire Ordeal Weekend. If you are interested in being an Elangomat for Ordeal Candidates, please contact us at aquiachapter@wipit470.org.

BSA Health & Medical Record Form required for all lodge/chapter events. All Order of the Arrow members/candidates who attend the Ordeal MUST complete the medical form. (It is the first one on this page; it is used for activities of less than 72 hours and does not require a doctor’s signature.)
All medications must be in the original containers with the Scouts' name, dosage requirements (containers will be returned), and the correct amount of Medication for the weekend. This includes over-the-counter drugs with a signed note from the Parent/Guardian with dosage and instructions on time to be taken. Place all containers in a zip-locked bag labeled with the Scouts' name. All medications shall be turned in during check-in.
BRING THE COMPLETED HEALTH & MEDICAL RECORD FORM WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD TO THE ORDEAL; IF THE FAMILY DOES NOT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE, STATE "NONE"
