Purpose: The merit badge carnival is designed to provide scouts with the ability complete merit badges for which they have partially completed at camp, as well as start work on new merit badges. To be considered for a merit badge they need to register in advance using the link below. The form will help us determine the number and type of merit badge counselors we will need.
