Open Registration Workshops

Our Open Registration Workshops are a great opportunity for individual Cub Scouts or small groups to complete a woodworking project that fulfills Requirement 1, Option A of the Charles H. Townes Supernova Award.  Groups of 4 or more should consider scheduling their own shop work session.  Please review the Supernova information page on our website and follow the link for Reserving Michael's Woodshop.

Who:  These sessions are open to Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts who are pursuing the Charles H. Townes Supernova Award.

Projects:  Scouts will have the option to build either a Traditional Wren House or a Classic Tool Box.  Photos of these projects are included in our Project Idea List.

Target Completion Time:  The target completion time is 2 hours.

Where:  Michael's Woodshop at Camp William B. Snyder.

Leaders/Parents:  The objective of these workshops is to provide Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts with the opportunity to complete a woodworking project that meets Requirement 1, Option A of the Charles H. Townes Supernova Award.
