Welcome to the registration page for the 2023 Francis Scott Key (FSK) District Cub Scout Day Camp that will be held at Thurmont Conservation and Sportsman’s Club.  Camp is a 4.5-day Cub Scouting experience from Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30.  Our camp offers archery, sling shots, BB rifle, fishing, STEM, Scout skills, crafts, and nature.   Click here for a location specific flyer

Camp hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM  3:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM through Noon.

Cub Scout day camps are organized by the National Capital Area Council, Boy Scouts of America and conducted by trained and National Camping School certified volunteers from Frederick County.  Our camp is for registered Cub Scouts and comparable aged siblings entering the 1st-5th grades in August 2023.  Those entering the 1st grade must be accompanied by an “adult partner” each day.  Click here for registration instructions

A variety of activities are offered to allow campers to experience a range of Cub Scout oriented outdoor programs.  Adult volunteers and older Scouting youth from FSK make up the nucleus of the day camp staff by volunteering in positions to lead specific programs, support the general operation, or by managing a den of Cub Scouts throughout their time at camp.

An additional fee of 3% will be charged when using a credit or debit card when registering online.  No fee applies for using an e-check.  Campers are not registered for camp until the online registration is complete.  An email confirming payment is your receipt.
