09:00 am - 10:30 am UNIT LEADER & ADVANCEMENT NEWS - LIFE TO EAGLE DISCUSSION
This session is for Unit Life to Eagle Coordinators, Committee Chairs,
Advancement Chairs, Scoutmasters, Sea Scout Skippers and Venturing Advisors
to discuss advancement news as well as current and new requirements so that
they can better guide their Scouts through the total process to include the Eagle
Scout Service Project Workbook and Eagle Scout Rank Application. This session
will also cover the Citizenship in the Society merit badge and common problems
we see with Proposals and ESRAs and EBOR coordination.

10:30am – 12:00pm SCOUT & FAMILY LIFE TO EAGLE ORIENTATION
This session is for Life Scouts and their parents so that the Scout will “Be
Prepared!” The presentation will cover the Council Eagle Scout Procedures
Guide, Eagle Scout Service Projects, the write-up (workbook), as well as a brief
look at the Eagle Scout Board of Review and Court of Honor. Additionally, we
will cover how to get approval to start your project, and when you are ready to
turn in your Eagle Scout Rank Application, upon completion and write-up of the
Service Project. This session will also cover the Citizenship in the Society merit
badge and common problems we see with Proposals and ESRAs.
