ARC CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer + Standard First Aid

Event Details

This course is for Council and District Volunteers looking to receive the training to meet the requirements for a short term camp's health officer certification when medical care is less than 10 minutes away for Standard SQ-405 as part of the National Camp Standards for Short Term Camp Administration.

The cost includes a personal CPR breathing barrier. This will be offered using Blended Learning. A link to the course material will be sent to registrants who must complete the online course, and show a copy of the certificate of completion. This copy can be either a printout or an image on your phone or tablet.  During the in-person portion, students will demonstrate the scenarios covered in the on-line material, and cover the Standard First Aid material. Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

Certification is provided through the American Red Cross.
