Thank you for choosing Camp William B. Snyder. We are pleased to have you with us this summer. For the first time ever we are offering a Scouts BSA Merit Badge specialty week! This program will be offered as both a resident oand a day program in order to support as many Scouts as we can.

This specialty week is designed for provisional scouts (those attending individually) but may also be attended as a unit. This program is open to both boys and girls registered in Scouts BSA unit.

The program offers Scouts the opportunity to enjoy a week of fun, advancement, and growth with or without camping. Participants will have the opportunity to earn up to 5 merit badges. Our schedule includes a selection of both Eagle required and elective Merit Badges, including STEM and outdoors, taught in many cases by experts in their field.

IMPORTANT UPDATES

COVID-19 Virus Advisory: Due to Virginia State guidance for overnight summer camp programs, all overnight participants will be required to provide either 1) a negative molecular COVID-19 test that had been taken within 7 days of their arrival at camp OR 2) have completed a 14 day quarantine prior to arrival at camp OR 3) be fully vaccinated against the virus.
