Registration Procedure:

1) Reserve a campsite for your unit (includes 5 attendees).

2) Add attendees (Scouts and Scouters). 

Campsites are sized to fit the number of attendees registered. Adjustments cannot be made Friday night of Camporee.

Troops from outside Seneca district or NCAC council and Girl Scout troops are accommodated by the registration page. Girl Scouts USA is a selection under Council selection.

Instructions for non-LDS Troop Registration

1. Reserve campsite

Includes campsite, 2 adult registrations, 3 youth registrations
$125 before September 1
$150 on or after September 1

Campsite registration closes September 30

2. Add youth and adults

$25 each before October 1
$30 on or after October 1

All registrations close October 5

Troops handle all registrations.  Webelos adults and youth must be included as Troop attendees.

3. For Webelos attending during the day on Saturday (not camping)

For both the adults and the youth, use the registration code of Webelos Day Participant. Fee is $15.

Webelos must register via the Troop's registration.

Instructions for LDS Troop Registration

1. Reserve campsite

Select LDS Campsite (for the campsite).  This applies to Seneca Stake only.

Campsite registration closes September 30.

2. Add youth and adults

Select LDS for your combined youth and adult attendees

Attendee registrations closes October 5

Payment is made directly from the Stake. This applies to Seneca Stake only.  We do not have payment arrangements with other Stakes.  If you are with a Stake other than Seneca and wish to register we require payment through the web site.  

Also note that Stake rules indicate that LDS Webelos are not permitted to camp at Camporee (day visitor only).
