2019 Baloo Training for Cub Scout Leaders

Event Details

Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO)

Camping is an essential part of Scouting, and BALOO is an essential part of Cub Scout camping.  In fact, BALOO-trained leadership is required for a Pack or Webelos den camp out.  BALOO is an overnight experience filled with practical in-formation for Scouters to lead fun, meaningful, and safe camping experiences for the BSA’s youngest campers.

  • GPS & Navigation
  • Cooking & Sanitation
  • Stove, Lanterns & Fires
  • Gear Selection
  • Meal Planning
  • Knots
