Updated Information: We added a Saturday only option for those that cannot make it for the entire weekend.  Thursday, September 14th is the last day to register!  Also, we have been advised that the Trading Post will not have the credit card machine and will only be able to accept cash and checks.

The Lodge Fall Fellowship is an awesome time for fun activities, brotherhood, competitions, service, team-building, and making new friends from different chapters. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in activities such as archery, BB gun, tomahawk throwing, and beading.

Check in Location/Times at Camp Snyder
Friday night
- At the Hilton Training Center
- Between 5:30-8:00pm

Saturday morning
- At the Dining Hall
- Between 8:00am-12:00pm


PASSPORT Holders
- No Cost (Passport holders should indicate their attendance at the event by completing the online registration process and selecting the no-charge Passport holder registration option.)

What to Bring
- Friday Night - Eat before you arrive (cracker barrel will be the only food available)
- Personal camping gear (no mess kit needed)
- Water bottle with your name on it
- Tent
- Sash
- Appropriate clothing/footwear for the weather including rain gear

 - Tools (labeled with your name) for the service project. (Tools - work gloves, garden rake, loppers, pruning shears, shovels, pick-ax, etc.)  Note: When specific projects have been determined and approved, an email will be sent to the registered attendees to identify any additional tool requests.

- Medications - all scouts and scouters are responsible for their own medications. No medications will be collected. If this a problem, please email the health and safety adviser and cc your chapter adviser.
Health Form - download the form labeled 'All Scouting Events'.  Hand in the form at check in - Without a form, you will not be permitted to stay
