Merit Badge Day

Saturday, 3 March 2018 from 9:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Fairfax Presbyterian Church, 10723 Main St., Fairfax, VA.

Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.

                              NO WALK-INS

All Scouts must register with their unit in advance and must belong to a participating unit.

If you aren’t sure if your unit is participating, please speak to your unit leader (either Scoutmaster or Crew Advisor).

Registered Scouts must:

• Be prepared to have some fun and learn!
• Show up and check-in before the opening ceremony at 09:00 a.m.
• Sign-up for no more than one Eagle-required badge and register for an elective merit badge.
• Do the assigned pre-work if the Scout plans to complete the merit badge(s) at the Merit Badge Day.  Partials will provided to all Scouts who don’t complete all requirements.
• Arrange with your unit’s Merit Badge Day coordinator for a blue card signed by your unit leader (Scoutmaster or Crew Advisor) BEFORE the Merit Badge Day.  Scouts must have a signed blue card to participate in the badge.
• Bring a sack lunch, including drink.  We will not have food available.
