Help us celebrate and honor this year's Greater Fredericksburg 'Good Scout' Celebration for Bill Micks of the Virginia Outdoor Center. We will be honoring Mr. Micks on his achievements over the years on helping the communities of Fredericksburg and Stafford. His dedication to Scouting/River Preservation/ advocacy/restoration/education and programs to the the youth and adults of Greater Fredericksburg has proved a great asset to the community.
