Please join us for a Technical Service Weekend at Goshen Scout Reservation!

We’re calling on all dedicated scouters (21+) to join us for a technical service weekend at Goshen Scout Reservation. This is a hands-on event where we’ll tackle essential projects including roofing repairs, medium to advanced carpentry, and more.

Do you have knowledge in roofing or carpentry? We can use your valuable skill as we prepare for the upcoming summer camping season! Projects include the construction of a centralized storage location for all GSR boats and re-roofing latrine structures throughout the property.

What to Expect:

Hands-On Work: Roll up your sleeves and help with crucial maintenance and improvement tasks around the camp.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow volunteers, contributing to the camp’s upkeep and improvement. This event will allow for smaller work groups and lots of fellowship and friendship!

Why Attend?

This service weekend will provide aid to incoming equipment purchases as a part of NCAC's $1 Million investment into Goshen Scout Reservation. This service weekend is in addition to pre-scheduled GSAA (staff alumni) and volunteer service weekends.

This is a special opportunity to make a direct impact on our camp while connecting with like-minded individuals!
