Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer is the minimum training required by BSA to fill the role of the Health Officer for District and Council events when Emergency Services are within 10 minutes of the venue.  It is not for medical professionals.  it is primarily used to train Building and Event managers and Lifeguards to deal with breathing, cardiac and other life threating emergencies.  her.  We will use Blended learning which means that you will receive a link from the Red Cross to complete a portion of the class on-line before participating in the in-person portion.
