Registration Procedure:

1) Reserve a campsite for your unit (includes 5 attendees).

2) Add attendees (Scouts and Scouters). 

Campsites are sized to fit the number of attendees registered. Adjustments cannot be made Friday night of Camporee.

Troops from outside Seneca district or NCAC council and other organizations are accommodated by the registration page. Check the option under Council selection.

Instructions for Troop Registration

1. Reserve campsite

Includes campsite, 2 adult registrations, 3 youth registrations
$75 - until September 12
$100 - starting September 13

Campsite registration closes September 27

2. Add youth and adults

$17 each until October 5
$22 starting October 6

All registrations close October 9

Troops handle all registrations.  Arrow of Light adults and youth must be included as Troop attendees.

3. For Arrow of Light attending during the day on Saturday (not camping) - please note - effective 6/2024, Webelos are no longer permitted to attend.  Adults must attend with the Arrow of Light youth. Adults that are only there for the day do not need to pay, but they will not receive a patch.

For both the adults and the youth, use the registration code of Arrow of Light Attending. Fee is $17.

Arrow of Light must register via the Troop's registration.
