National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC)

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two
years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the
BSA National Jamboree in size and scope. Our largest conference was in 2015, attended by more than 15,000 Arrowmen
to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow.
 

What can you expect at NOAC?
Arrowmen can expect only the best and most exciting activities, training sessions and shows. Attendees will meet their fellow
Arrowmen from around the country and have the opportunity to trade patches and collect patches from lodges around the country, make
new memories, and find lifelong friendships. Each day will begin with premier training sessions and close with an exciting show. Arrowmen
will have the freedom to choose their own journey and which activities they attend throughout the day.
 

Contingent Information
The Amangamek-Wipit Lodge sends a contingent of youth and adult Arrowmen to each National Order of the Arrow Conference. These
delegates participate in a wide variety of programs, make connections with other Arrowmen from across the country, and have the
opportunity to participate in training sessions to bring value back to their home units, lodge, and council.  You will be able to choose your
classes and training through the NOAERS system after you register. We will post updates on registration and merchandise designs through
the coming months, so stay tuned!

Campership Information
The lodge has the ability to provide financial assistance for youth in the form of camperships.  A youth in the OA is anyone under the age
of 21 on the last day of the event.  If you turn 21 prior to or during the event, you must register as an adult.  Please contract Mr. Charley
Brown at campership@wipit470.org to begin the application process.

Cost
The estimated cost to attend NOAC 2027 with the Contingent is $1400.00.  This cost is a ‘package’ deal, so everyone is charged the same price.

Traveling to NOAC
We will be leaving by bus to head to Cedar Point Amusement Center for an overnight, then traveling to University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

Contingent Meetings
There will be a few contingent meetings and these will be coordinated via email.
