Scouts of the Roundtable
Welcomes Boys & Girls 1st grade - 5th grade – OPEN TO NON SCOUTS
**Drop off as early as 7:45 am-pick up no later than 4:15 pm**
***Any youth who will be in the first grade in the fall MUST be accompanied by an adult (21+) partner all week.***
Non-Scout Registrations
An adult or youth may volunteer, or a youth may participate in Day Camp even if they are not a registered member of Scouting America. We hope you’ll enjoy the program and consider joining after your experience. There is no limit to how many camps you can attend as a non-registered member.
Lunch and Water Bottles
Campers need to provide their own water bottle and lunch/snacks/drinks. Water coolers will be available throughout camp to fill personal water bottles.
Planned Activities
STEM and Nature Activities, Field Sports, Shooting Sports, Climbing Wall, Scout Crafts, and much, much more! All activities are conducted under the guidance and leadership of trained camp staff.
Program Fees
Program fees will vary by camp location and activities offered. To receive Early Bird pricing, your registration must be paid in full 30 days prior to the first day of camp.
If cost is a challenge, please complete our Campership form to apply for assistance. Forms are due by April 1st, 2026. If funding is available after that date, future applications may be considered.
Late Fee
If your registration is not fully paid within 14 days of the camp start date, a late fee will apply to youth campers.
T-Shirts
The first two (2) T-shirts are included with camp registration. Additional t shirts are $10 per additional shirt. We do our best to accommodate sizing, but sizing is not guaranteed.
Staff
Adult and youth volunteers have to be registered members of Scouting America.
