Choptank District Day Camp will run from Monday, July 22 to Friday, July 26. Daily program hours will be from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Drop off/pick up will be half an hour before and after program hours (Please allow time to avoid parking lot traffic).

 

To make the Monday Morning drop-off as seamless as possible, we are offering advance check-in. You may check-in on Saturday, July 20 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Ag Center to drop off medical forms, pick up T-shirts, etc.. There will also be an optional parent orientation during this session (approx. 11:00 am).

The Pit Crew Program is the leadership program for Scouts BSA youth. There is no cost for Scouts BSA youth to volunteer, we only ask that they be at least 14 years of age. Scouts aged 14-15 will be partnered with adult volunteers. Scouts aged 16-17 can have more responsibilities but will not have direct supervision roles over youth without adults present. Volunteers in this program must be registered in a Scouts BSA unit.  

 

The first t-shirt is included with camp registration, additional t shirts are $10 per additional shirt

 

Any child who has an adult actively volunteer all five days in their name will receive a $50 rebate when camp is complete.  Adult partners do not qualify for the rebate as they are required by Scouts BSA.
