Join fellow Scouting volunteers for an evening dedicated to strengthening membership and recruiting efforts across the Coastal District. The 2026 Membership Summit will provide the latest information, proven recruiting strategies, and practical resources to help units prepare for a successful fall recruitment season.

Topics will include school assignments, communication plans, council support resources, and community event planning. Volunteers with demonstrated recruiting success will also share real-world experiences, lessons learned, and effective practices that can be applied in your unit.

Each pack is encouraged to send at least one representative to bring valuable information and ideas back to their leadership team.

This will be an indoor potluck event. Please consider bringing a dish to share.
