If you have attended a Del-Mar-Va Council event in the past as a non-scout you must complete a Cub Scout membership annual registration ($133) prior to attending additional Del-Mar-Va Council events.
If your attendee is a non-scout, we MUST receive an "ACTIVITY CONSENT FORM AND APPROVAL BY PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN" along with the medical form. The form can be found at this link: https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/19-673.pdf
