PURPOSE:

• Share valuable information to grow your unit
• Reveal new program features your unit is not familiar with
• Launch the Ideal Year of Scouting as the model for unit operations
• Set the groundwork for a productive popcorn sale and membership growth drive
• Renew your Scouting spirit
• Celebrate the end of a successful Scouting spring and prepare for the summer
• Celebrate adult volunteer leadership
• Enjoy a meal with your fellow adult volunteer leaders
• Learn about the year-round advancement, training, and program opportunities hosted by the council and districts
• Begin preparations for fall recruitment
• Learn about unit fundraising opportunities (counts towards popcorn unit commission additional incentive)
• DOOR PRIZES!

SCHEDULE:

5:30 pm - Doors Open

6:00 pm - Hamburger Feast

6:30 pm - Program Rally Whole Group Presentation

7:00 pm - Program Fair Opens

8:30 pm - Program Fair Closes
 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

• Tuesday, April 22 at 11:59 pm
   

COST:

• There is no cost for this event
• We do ask the favor of an RSVP so that we can adequately prepare the meal and handouts
