REQUIRED PAPERWORK
These are the required forms for all participants.
1) BSA Medical Form Parts A & B
- Does not require a doctor's signature
2) Pre-event Medical Screening Form
- Must be completed the day you arrive in camp
- If you are unwell, please do not attend
WHAT IS POLAR CUB DAY CAMP?
Polar Cub Day Camp provides Cub Scouts with a cold weather outdoor adventure they can enjoy with fellow Cub Scouts, den, pack, family, and friends.
Polar Cub Day Camp is a great opportunity to "get outside" after a few days of spending time with family and friends over the holiday season.
Polar Cub Day Camp is a one-day event - on January 17, 2026.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
- ALL Cub Scouts
- Siblings
- Parents/Guardians
- Cub Scout Adult Leaders
- Den Chiefs
- Potential Cub Scout Age Youth and their families
WHAT IS THE COST?
- The cost is $20 per Cub Scout and Cub Scout-aged youth participating in the program.
- Fee includes: patch, lunch, program supplies, usage of camp and facilities
- The cost is $10 for adult leaders, adult family members, den chiefs, and youth who will not participate in the program.
- Fee includes: patch, lunch, usage of camp and facilities, program supplies
WHAT ARE THE ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS?
- All Cub Scouts are welcome - Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and Arrow of Light Scouts.
- Cub Scouts may participate with their family, den, or pack.
- Cub Scouts must have adult supervision.
- Here are the Cub Scout-Adult Supervisor ratios:
- 1 Lion Scout to 1 Adult Supervisor (adult supervisor must be one of the Lion Scout's parents/guardians)
- 1 Tiger Scout to 1 Adult Supervisor (adult supervisor must be one of the Tiger Scout's parents/guardians)
- 2 Wolf Scouts to 1 Adult Supervisor
- 2 Bear Scouts to 1 Adult Supervisor
- 4 Webelos Scouts to 1 Adult Supervisor
- 4 Arrow of Light Scouts to 1 Adult Supervisor
WHAT IS THE TENTATIVE SCHEDULE?
- January 17
- 8:30 - 9:00 am - Arrival Time/Check-in
- 9:00 am - Opening Flag Ceremony
- 9:15 am - 11: 45 am - Morning Program Activities
- 11:45 am - 12:45 am - Lunch
- 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Afternoon Program Activities
- 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Closing Recognition Ceremony

Warming Station -

- Chicken Tenders

- Choices of Dipping Sauces: BBQ, Honey Mustard, Ranch
HOW WILL I STAY WARM?
- All participants should dress for the weather in layers
- Wear gloves, winter hat, scarf, jacket, socks
- We will have a warming station available with a patio heater and hot chocolate
