There is no cost to participate in this event and lunch is provided.

For food preparation purposes, we ask you to register by Wednesday, 8/25 at 11:59 pm.

We will provide service in a variety of ways for Hagan Sea Base. Please bring equipment such as chainsaws, weed eaters, and leaf blowers, as well as necessary fuel and personal safety equipment to operate this machinery. When you register for the event, please indicate what equipment you can bring to operate. 

Schedule

8:00 AM        Arrive and COVID Screening in Parking Lot
9:00 AM        Work Projects Begin
12:00 noon    Lunch
4:00 PM        Depart Camp

This event is open to non-OA members. Especially troops and crews who have Scouts that need service hours. Units will need to be under the supervision of an adult leader.

We will follow the standard COVID-19 mitigation strategies:

• pre-event screening tool 
• screening upon arrival
• wear face-covering during the event
• practice social distancing
• wash/sanitize hands regularly

Participants will need to bring a completed copy of the COVID-19 Pre-event Screening Tool and Parts A & B of the BSA Health Form.
