NRA Pistol Basic & Instructor Course

The course is hosted by the Old North State Council at Cherokee Scout Reservation.

Registration must be completed through the Outdoor Program Group.

NRA Pistol Instructor Courses:

• Unlike the Rifle/Shotgun Instructor weekends, candidates will receive NRA Pistol Basic at the beginning of the weekend prior to starting the instructor course. 
• Please note that candidates will be required to pass the NRA pistol shooting qualification to receive certification.  
• This course is not for a beginning pistol shooter.
