Airport Shuttle Request

Cherokee Scout Reservation

May 2025

PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle reservations must be submitted by May 8th, 2025. 

Use this page to indicate your need for ground transportation between the National Camping School at Cherokee Scout Reservation and the airport. 

We will support  Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) and Piedmont Triad International (GSO).

We will provide two airport pick-up shuttle options at each airport:

1. Friday, May 16th at 5:00 PM for early arrivals

2. Saturday, May 17th at 9:00 AM for all others  

The return shuttle will depart Cherokee Scout Reservation at 10:00 am to arrive at GSO or RDU by noon on Friday, May 23rd.

The fee for round-trip shuttle service is $100.00.

The fee for one-way shuttle service is $55.00

Email your flight information and cell number to Local Council Host Liaison Bud Harrelson (bud.harrelson@scouting.org).

If the shuttle times do not work smoothly with your flight times, please email bud.harrelson@scouting.org to inform the host council of your need for alternative support. Please do not procrastinate when communicating your needs.
