Whether you're new to Cub Scouts, or a volunteer who is taking on a new position, this course is for you! Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training will show you everything you need to know about Cub Scouting, the role and responsibilities of adult leaders, and the resources available to help ensure your success.
This instructor-led offering is a comprehensive version of the online training for Cubmasters and their Assistants, Den Leaders and their Assistants, Pack Committee Chairs, and Pack Committee Members. In-person training provides a wonderful opportunity for your volunteers to learn about all of the moving parts that make a Pack work, fosters teamwork, and allows for the sharing of ideas with other like-minded Scouters.
