Conclave 2025

Patch Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025, at 11:59 pm.

For the 2025 Section E8 Cardinal Conclave, Tsoiotsi Tsogalii serves as the service lodge (staff).

We will also send a delegation (participants). 

The purpose of this page is to allow Arrowmen to pre-order Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge service lodge and delegation memorabilia.

Conclave is April 11-13 at Cherokee Scout Reservation. 

Delivery Options:

Option 1: Pick up at Cherokee Scout Reservation during conclave check-in at service lodge headquarters (Blackfoot and Cheyenne campsites) or the lodge delegation campsite (Shoshone) on Thursday, April 10, Friday, April 11, or by 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 12.

• Pick-up at conclave during event check-in at the service lodge headquarters (Blackfoot and Cheyenne campsites) or lodge delegation campsite (Shoshone). If you select pick up at conclave, items that are not picked up during conclave will not be held for you to collect at a later date or shipped to you. On Saturday evening / Sunday morning, these items will be returned to inventory and sold. You will not receive a refund if you do not collect when you check-in at the staff headquarters (Blackfoot and Cheyenne campsite) or lodge delegation campsite (Shoshone). You may use a proxy and have another Arrowmen collect your items for you. 

Option 2: Mailed to Home Address

• Items will be mailed after Monday, April 14 from the Yanceyville, NC Post Office. 

All patches are fully embroidered.
