Camp Physicals Clinic
Saturday, June 7, 2025
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Cherokee Scout Reservation
3296 Boy Scout Camp Rd., Yanceyville, NC
Registration Deadline June 3, 2025 at 11:59 pm
Youth should be accompanied by an adult knowledgeable of the Scout’s medical history, in case of questions by the medical providers.
For several reasons, we require the Scout's parents/caretakers to escort them throughout the physicial. There are two primary reasons. (1) to assist with a medical history that the Scout may not be aware of, and (2) to provide a chaperone/adult supervisor for each clinical interaction with the primary goal of keeping the Scout safe.
