• Pre-event Medical Screening Form—Please complete the pre-event medical screening form on Saturday, January 24, to ensure you are healthy enough to attend the banquet.
• Please stay home if you cannot pass the pre-event medical screening form.

The Cherokee District banquet celebrates the accomplishments of our Scouts, especially our Arrow of Light Scouts and Eagle Scouts, and shows our appreciation to the adult volunteers for their servant leadership, which sustains our units and Scouting program.

Early Bird Fee: $15 through 11:59 pm on January 8, 2026

Standard Fee: $17 after 12:00 am on January 8, 2026

Menu:

Chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, peach or apple cobbler, tea/coffee/lemonade/water

NOTICE for Eagle Scouts and Arrow of Light Scouts

• If an individual who is attending earned the Eagle Scout rank in 2025, please register them as an Eagle Scout when selecting registration options.
• If an individual who is attending earned the Arrow of Light rank in 2025, please register them as an Arrow of Light Scout when selecting registration options.

NOTE: The snow date is Saturday, January 30, 2026.
