Akela Pinewood Derby Build Night

Session 1: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Session 2: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Akela District is hosting a Pinewood Derby build night at Rowland Woodworking as our Roundtable event for November. This event will be on Thursday November 6th from 6 to 8 pm.

We are asking you register for a time slot that works best for you and your Cubs, either 6-7pm or 7-8pm, we have limited this event to 30 cubs for each session but if we get filled up, we may be able to open a third session after 8pm.

There will be car kits available for purchase, sample car designs, sandpaper, and light refreshments.

We are promoting this as a recruiting event, so please bring a friend! For those that sign up that evening with a paid membership will get a free car and a fishing rod. Our District Executive Will Hobbs will be on site to assist.

Parking is available on Tate Street right off Market Center Drive.  Market Center Drive is one-way so if you miss Tate Street, take a right at Main Street and a right on Wheeler Ave. to get back to Tate Street.
