Swing back into Scouting!!!!

There will be no more camping 

Swing back into Scouting with a fun-filled night of baseball, fireworks, and camping on the field at the Sock Puppets stadium!

This is an event for all: Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Parents, and friends!

When: July 27th, VIP Gate opens at 5:45, first pitch is at 7:00 pm

Where: Burlington Athletic Stadium (1450 Graham Street, Burlington, NC 27217)

Price: We have two pricing options,

-Our best option at: $16 offers a unique experience, covering general admission, an all-you-can-eat feast at the ballpark (featuring Hot Dogs, Cheeseburgers, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Chips, Sodas and Waters for the duration of the game), and a camping adventure.

-The second: $5 will cover general admission and camping

Upon your arrival on the night of the event, you will receive your tickets and wristbands. Look out for our popup tent set up at the VIP entrance for a hassle-free check-in.

Important information!

• Scout me in! Bring a friend for FREE! 
• Please come in uniform during the game!
• Parking will be on the right of the ballfield for Scouts and families camping at the ballpark.  
• There will be fireworks, games in the outfield, and a movie after the game.  
• Scout supplies (tents, sleeping bags, etc.) must be left in a car or on a trailer until after the game and fireworks. 
• When setting up, you CAN NOT stake down tents. We recommend having a popup tent or just sleeping under the stars. if you stake down any tents or things of that sort, you will be charged a fine of $500 
• We will have designated places for Cub Scout camping, Scouts BSA camping, and leader camping; we recommend coordinating with your unit and camping as a unit activity.
• Food and drinks outside the ballpark can’t be brought in until after the game.   
• The Alamance District will have a recruiting table and will need volunteers before and after the game.
