OLD NORTH STATE COUNCIL CAMPOREE NORTH

Old North State Council will be Hosting 2 Camporees on November 7-9. This registration is for our Camporee taking place North of Interestate 40. Any Scouts BSA Troop may register to attend either Camporee. 

Theme: Search and Rescue.

Scouts will work towards requirements for the Search & Rescue Merit Badge. 

ONSC Camporee North will be taking place at the Isley Farm in Alamance County. This camping location will offer a primitive experience. There are limited trees for hammock camping and there will be limited access to electricity. More details to come. 

There will be service hour opportunities to help prepare unit campsites & Camporee program areas on the following Saturdays in October:

Cost per Scout: $20.00 Early Bird Rate: $15.00 (Paid Before October 17th)

Cost per Leader: $15.00

Each participant will receive a ONSC Camporee North activity patch. Registration fees also cover facility cost and insurance.

Scout Troops will be responsible for meals. 

In order to attend Camporee as an Adult you must be a registered Adult volunteer with Scouting America and have current Safe Guarding Youth Training or Youth protection training.
