Section Induction Experience

This exclusive weekend is a pivotal event for our Section. It serves as a high-level training and immersive opportunity to implement the new Induction Experience recently approved at the National level. Whether you are a ceremonialist, a member of an induction team, or a lodge leader, this experience is designed to deepen your understanding of our Order’s core values of Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service.

Event Details:

Location: Cherokee Scout Reservation, 3296 Boy Scout  Camp Road, Yanceyville, NC 27379

Dates: August 28–30, 2026

Cost: $50 Covers 4 meals for the weekend and a Cracker Barrel plus program supplies

Purpose: To train lodge leadership, ceremonialists, and induction teams on the new national induction standards while fostering Section-wide fellowship.

What to Expect:

Specialized Training: Hands-on session tailored for induction teams to ensure the new program is delivered effectively at the lodge level.

Immersive Experience: Participants will learn by participating in the new induction sequence to fully grasp its meaning and impact.

Fellowship: Opportunities to connect with other Arrowmen from across the six lodges of Section E8 to compare notes, ask questions, and gain a high understanding of the new induction process.

Medical Forms

We will use CampDoc to collect Parts A & B of the medical form.
