2026 Alamance District Recognition Banquet

Rolling out the Red Carpet (for real!)

The Alamance District banquet celebrates our Scouts, especially our Eagle Scouts, and shows our appreciation to the adult volunteers for their servant leadership, which sustains our units and Scouting program in Alamance County and beyond.

The Registration Deadline is 11:59pm on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 to accomodate food & event preparations.

Documents for Everyone:

• Pre-event Medical Screening Form—Please complete the pre-event medical screening form before 12:00pm (Noon) on Wednesday, February 26th, 2026, to ensure you are healthy enough to attend the banquet.
• Please stay home if you cannot pass the pre-event medical screening form.

Registration Fee: $10 for youth and adult registrants, covers meal & program costs

• NOTICE: There is no cost for Children under 5 years old, or Eagle Scout recipients from 2025
• If an individual who is attending earned the Eagle Scout rank in 2025, please register them as an Eagle Scout when selecting registration options.

Menu: Buffet-style District provided entree & salad

             potluck requests for sides, drinks & desserts

• Bowtie Pasta with Chicken Breast
  • Regular & Gluten-Free Pasta options
  • Red sauce & Alfredo sauce options
• House/Caesar Salad fixings

Please consider bringing a side, drink or dessert option to supplement our meal. 

Recognition: We will gather to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of Youth and Volunteers from across Alamance District, if you wish to nominate an individual for an award, see the below link for more information and contact Isaac Young 336-365-5565
