Akela District Banquet

Our Annual District Banquet gives us an opportunity to recognize the hard work of our Volunteers. Every day our volunteers work hard to ensure our Scouts have a program they can depend on as well as enjoy and appreciate. In addition to our volunteers, we take an opportunity to recognize a few of our well deserving youth.
Where: Archdale United Methodist Church, 11543 N Main St, Archdale, NC 27263 (Program will take place in the fellowship hall)
Catered by: Olive Garden
Cost: $20 per plate. You MUST pre-register to attend this event.
All $1,500 popcorn sellers and 2022 Eagle Scout recipients attend free of charge (must include at least one paid adult to accompany).
Registration: December 12th -January 20th (All registrations must be received by end of day on the 20th)

Please be advised refunds on Council, District, or OA Events and Activities will be made only if an adult calls 10 days before the event to the Council Office to cancel that registration. The only exception to the policy will be the case of illness, accident and/or death in the family and that cancellation must be called in the day before the event. Please note, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged on all refunds granted.
