Within two (2) weeks of the event, there will be a verification of the requirements completed that will be sent to the youth and their parents listed at registration.  If remaining requirements are completed during that time and submitted to the supplied email address then they will be marked off; if they are not, then that will be the responsibility of the scout to find a counselor and complete.

Event questions can be addressed to Merit Badge College Coordinator Jason Hicks (jasonfhicks@gmail.com) and Activities Chairman Moreland Smith (moreland.smith@gmail.com).
