Regardless of whether you are a new scout leader or a seasoned volunteer, you will learn to be a more effective leader in any position you hold in scouting.  It is required that Scout Leaders attending Woodbadge must have completed the specific trainings for their registered position.

Wood Badge is considered by many as a peak experience in their Scouting careers.  Wood Badge leaders have affected the lives of millions of America’s youth.  All units deserve the best-trained leaders.
