Guilford District Banquet 

The district banquet is rescheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Start time: 6:30 pm.

NEW LOCATION: Reynolds Scout Service Center, 1405 Westover Terrace, Greensboro

Extended Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 17 at 11:59 pm.

Existing registrations will automatically move to the new date of Saturday, February 21.

New registrations can be made through 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 17.

Requests for refunds must be submitted to randall.cress@scouting.org by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 17.

The banquet will be held Saturday January 31st.

An evening to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of the Youth and Volunteers of the Guilford District. We will recognize leaders who have earned the Den Leader Training Award, Scouter's Training Award, Veteran's Award (under 20 years), Scouter's Key, and other awards. We will also recognize our district's top popcorn sellers and other notable youth.

We will also award the District Award of Merit to two Scouters, the highest award that a district can present to a registered volunteer. 

Dinner will be served. Each unit is encouraged to send at least one representative to take part in the banquet.
