9 AM- Opening by Northeastern Regional Director Shane Calendine
9:10 AM - Flag Ceremony from home
Colors will be broadcast live from JN Webster by JNW Staff. This will be broadcast on our council Facebook page.
10 AM- Prayer for those affected by COVID-19. Performed by Steven Scheid, Director, Center for Scouting Ministry of the Methodist Church. Will be broadcast out on YouTube and shared on Facebook.
Immediately following: Keynote Speaker (To be announced) broadcasted on Facebook and YouTube.
10:30 AM – Hike (1-3 miles for Cubs) (3-5 miles for Scouts BSA & Venture

11 AM- Zoom/Facebook Live interview with Entomologist- Discuss his career, bug tips while out doors, and top ten insect myths debunked.
11:45: Dining Hall lunch song from Workcoeman
12 PM – 4 PM Instructional Sessions led on council’s Facebook Live page & merit badge classes offered on Zoom. 5 Scouting skills presentations performed by Scouts and Scouters. We will be offering 2 free merit badges.

3:00 PM Live Virtual Tour of Camp Mattatuck
5 PM – 8 PM Cooking Competition
5 PM – Interview with Dr. Jeremy Stricsek, MD. Dr. Stricsek is a family medicine doctor and will join us to talk about staying healthy at home. Do’s and don’t’s and reporting from the Covid-19 front line.
5:30 PM- Summit Video! A 40ish minute extravaganza with exclusive content for the Connecticut Rivers Council! Thanks to the staff of the Summit Bechtel Reserve
