The Southeastern District is pleased to offer IOLS - Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills for adults, Nov 1-2. The IOLS course builds and expands on the concepts and themes introduced in Scoutmaster position-specific training. This hands-on program gives adult leaders an introduction into the patrol method of a Scout-led troop by teaching many of the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. 

The event will be held at JN Webster, with check-in starting at 5:15 pm Friday November 1st, concluding 6pm Saturday.  We will be providing a list of gear you will need to bring for this 2-day course (including a tent, sleeping bag, etc).
