The Mattatuck Scout Reservation Summer Camp 2025!

Welcome to The Mattatuck Scout Reservation! Units can sign up for the 2025 Scout Summer Camp.

Scouts attend Camp with their home Troop, or they can participate as part of the Trailblazer program. A Trailblazer is a Provisional Scout, a Scout who wants to attend camp a different week from when their troop comes, or a Scout who wants to attend Mattatuck but their troop may have chosen to attend a different summer camp—the Trailblazers camp together in Tents under the Leadership of a Camp Staff Scoutmaster. 

The Campsite Reservation fee is $100 to SAVE-A-SPOT. 

Incentive #1: - Troops/Crews who SAVE-A-SPOT on or before September 15, 2024, will: 

Have a $10 discount per Scout off the price for each Scout's camp Fee. 

The Troop can reserve a tent site in the off-season at any Connecticut Rivers Council Camp property (Webster/Mattatuck/Workcoeman/Barbour) for FREE.

The Troop will receive the Senior Patrol Leader & Summer Camp Coordinator recognition package - New for 2025

Incentive #2: - Troops/Crews who SAVE-A-SPOT on or before November 15, 2024

The Troop can reserve a tent site in the off-season at any Connecticut Rivers Council Camp property (Webster/Mattatuck/Workcoeman/Barbour) for FREE.

Will receive the Senior Patrol Leader & Summer Camp Coordinator recognition package.

Incentive #3: - Troops/Crews who SAVE-A-SPOT on or before January 1, 2025

Will receive the Senior Patrol Leader & Summer Camp Coordinator recognition package. 

Reservation Fee: - Troops/Crews who SAVE-A-SPOT after January 1, 2025, will be asked to pay a $100 Campsite Reservation Fee. 

Campsites will be assigned by the Reservation Director the week before units attend camp. Unit preference is taken into account, but the size of the unit and the needs of the camp will drive the final decision. We aim to make campsite assignments so that all units can comfortably reside in camp for the week.
