Troop Participation Events

Each Troop is invited to host a Scout skill demonstration, game, or activity for all Scouts to enjoy on Saturday at your campsite, focusing on a specific period in American or Scouting history! Have fun with it!

Troop Camping/Cooking Guidelines:

Propane cooking only — No open fires

Cub Scout families are encouraged to join us on Saturday to participate in the activities!

Scout Show Activities

Program Midway Area!

Scout Show Wide Game: Scouts and adults who complete the game will earn a limited-edition patch.

STEM Activities & Fun!

BB and Archery Ranges!   

Scoutmaster/SPL Chopped Cooking Challenge 

Scout Show Band: The band will perform at both the opening and closing ceremonies—more details will be provided soon.

Eagle Scout Gathering: Join us on Saturday afternoon for a special gathering, complete with a unique patch!

Wood Badge Reunion: Celebrate on Saturday afternoon with fellow Wood Badge participants and receive a special patch!

Friday Evening Activities: Enjoy a movie night, open gaming, and Magic: The Gathering games.  Don't forget to bring your cards and games! Popcorn will be provided!

Saturday Night Show: Stay tuned for more information regarding this event.

Order of the Arrow Fellowship: OA members are invited to a fellowship on Saturday evening, featuring food and a special patch. Please remember to bring your OA sash. 

Trading Post: Shop for Scout Show and camp items.

Registration cost:

Troops: $25.00 per Scouts BSA Youth & Adults for weekend

Packs: $10.00 per Cub Scout & Parents for the day on Saturday (Non-Scout siblings free)

All registrations include an event patch and all programs
