Event Description:

Join us on Saturday, February 21st at the 3rd Congregational Church of Middletown (94 Miner St.) for our annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) featuring leaders from around the Section! This is an excellent opportunity for Arrowmen of all experience levels to strengthen their leadership skills and learn more about what it means to be a member of the Order of the Arrow. Topics include:

 - How to plan and coordinate events

 - How to better communicate and build connections with others

 - The importance of serving the community

 - How to lead effectively from your position

There will also be a number of fun activities throughout the day, and lunch will be provided free of charge!
