Wreaths Across America – Oak Hill Memorial Park

Saturday, December 13, 2025 • Oak Hill Memorial Park • 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125

Check-in begins at 9:15 AM (please arrive promptly), with the formal ceremony and wreath placement to follow. Participants will lay wreaths on veterans’ graves, call their names aloud, and join in a moment of collective remembrance, honor, and education.

This event is especially well suited for Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, and older youth participants, offering a solemn and meaningful service experience.

Wreaths Across America is a nationwide nonprofit with the mission to Remember the Fallen, Honor Those Who Serve, and Teach the Next Generation. At Oak Hill, volunteers will help ensure as many graves as possible receive live balsam wreaths — a living tribute placed each December.
