Aimed at Unit Leaders of Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, and Sea Scouts Ships, this talk and Q&A period is available for any Adult that wants to know more.

We will explain what the OA is, why this is a great opportunity for Youth 14-20 (OR first class and above in Scouts BSA), and how Units can schedule Unit Visits / Election with their local Chapter, and how those visits work.  We will also explain how adult roles work in the OA and how they can be nominated.
