Fairy-Tales

Joseph D. Grant County Park

October 2-4, 2026

Hosted by the Quicksilver District Committee and Woakus Chapter of Saklan Lodge, Order of the Arrow

Quicksilver Camporee is our annual scouting event with Scout Troops throughout our District to promote Scouting Fun, Fellowship and Camping. Please visit and review the Leader's Guide for all the crucial information to help guide your Scouts, Patrols and Troop to the best experience.

This year, our Camporee theme is “Fairy-Tales” providing a fun way for scouts to enjoy all the Games, Challenges and Scout Shows in a creative theme that does not rely on a specific commercial brand or entertainment franchise.  More info on Theme can be found in the Leader Guide Coming Soon.

When:

Friday 10-02-2026 5:00 PM to Sunday 10-04-2026 12:00 PM

Where:

Joseph D. Grant County Park

18405 Mt. Hamilton Road, San Jose, CA 95140

Registration:

Please start the Registration for your unit EARLY so that we can save your spot and let us know how many Scouts/Patrols you expect to be attending Camporee from your Troop.  You can still take advantage of Early Bird pricing even if you have not finalized your total number of Scouts+Adults.  Units can start their Registration today by indicating how many Patrols and Scouts are expected, and then come back to your "In-Progress" Registration to complete all remaining required info before the fee change deadlines.  Every Unit may continue to register additional Scouts and Adults as your Unit decides.  All Camporee Attendees must be registered to attend Quicksilver Camporee.

Fees:

Special early-bird registration ($20 per Scout/Adult) for all participant registrations paid by September 4.

Registrations added or received after September 4th have fees of $30 per Scout/Adult.  Online registration is open until September 30.

All participants as well as Staff MUST be pre-registered to participate, regardless of time spent at Camporee and even if they intend to join with a linked unit during any activities or meals.  All Camporee Staff are pre-approved and registered via a Staff Registration link to be sent out directly to Staff.

Friday: Check-in is between 5:00 and 7:30 PM followed by Campsite setup

Saturday: Full day of Fun Patrol and Troop Events with a Campfire Show and Order of the Arrow Call-Out Ceremony to conclude the evening.
